I've struggled with painting mushrooms that are loose, yet cute and semi- realish...the timing of the water drying in order to paint soft transitions between colors seamlessly, still causes me anxiety to the point that I usually just give up on the painting 😢😢😢 sooo I truly appreciate this video because it's not only beautiful but also easy to follow and very approachable. Also, I love that you include how you draw the mushrooms . Awesome channel for beginners too!
Oh I forgot to ask you what kind of lead is that red pencil? I've seen artists draw in colored pencils and always wonder about them and why they are used instead of lead ones.
@@drizmoreno6742 Heey! Thank you so much for such nice and honest feedback. Drawing seamlessly is the trick between water and paint. I don't normally talk during the painting demonstrations, but there is a lot to talk about tecnique. It's a combination of quick water spread an colour before it soaks in. And work with dry and wet brush that holds just water, and no paint. Some day I will start talking in my videos ))) haha. About the pencil, I use Uni 0.5 mix colour nano dia. (but usually orange) Because it is easy to use, and erase, it is fine enough to draw details, it is covered by paint well, not seen on the paper and under the drawing and it doesn't leave the stretches on the paper. Only advantages. Thank you again about your feedback :)
