How to remove and install transfer case assy of Pajero 2014 model

That does help,I just took out the entire automatic and transfer assembly out. I have to put new clutch packs in the Automatic gearbox

Why did this transfer case fail ? Isn’t it safe to buy a used Montero/pajero ? How to recognise a bad transfer case ?
