Click Heads Great vid, I believe that I only do well in a gun fight if I hit the opponent with my first bullet in my clip, if I don’t hit them with that bullet my entire spray is thrown off, I think that’s because my tracking needs improvement. Do aim trainers work? How often should I use one?

I appreciate the detailed vid! Could you guys go over crouching vs counter strafing in the next video? I see many pros crouch before taking a shot to reduce gun recoil, but at my rank I feel like most people aim for the body which is counter productive.

Lmao and on top of that I've scared myself shitless in this game a few times for some reason. It never happened in CSGO, but I've had some really, really terrifying encounters here that I didn't expect to ever have. There's really quite nothing like getting a loud OP shot in the back from an OMEN that sneaked out of the room you cleared under 30 seconds ago and pooping a little as a result.

That's not how you practise at all. Even in the video you can see he is in the range. Go in, pick a favourite gun. Preferably the Phantom or Vandal. And just go through the different modes. Flicks, sprays. Just make up your own training regimen. It's much like exercise in real life. It take practise and dedication. Getting into a game will help you put the things you practise into real world fundamentals. But you need to have the mental and physical capacity to pull it off beforehand.

    Recoils;
Scope for Vandal or any gun = 50% less recoil
Without Scope for Vandal or any gun= 100% recoil
My tip is just master Vandal and Phantom
    What and when to use:
Use Vandal if you notice fights are long distance.
Use Phantom if you notice the enemy likes close range.
Use OP if enemy is using Vandal long range.
Use the Ares or Odin if enemy uses or abuses shotgun.
Use either a Shotgun or the Stinger in 2nd round, why? Cuz the faster the gun is the better chance you can kill the enemy using a slow precision weapon such as Ghost or Sheriff.
    MORE TIPS IN GAMES:
Always use A and D at the same time when peeking for controll and accuracy
Use the firing correct option if your new to fps games
Never rush in a smoke unless you're sure that there is only 1 enemy in the area and already emptied round.
Never pick up a fking orb in the open.
    Abuse the walk button.
Use crouch if a gun fight 1v1 runs for too long.
Never use the chat box unless your saying some info or congratulating your team don't be toxic.
The rest is for you to discover, good luck and thanks for reading this it means alot.

When it comes to crosshair placement, one of the key factors of leaving enemies thinking you have an aimbot is to create an *Anticipation Gap,* which is the space between a corner/object and the center of your crosshair being (Give or take) the width of your pinky finger
It allows you to make smaller adjustments to enemy movement to shave fractions of seconds as opposed to placing the crosshair directly on the edge of the corner/object where you'll be more likely have to make larger adjustments

Spraying in valorant consistently is actually pretty solid, since using the vandal or phantom means that you get 7 shots in which you only need to pull down. When the vandal can easily kill in 5 shots (maybe 6 if you leg them a bit) and you don’t headshot, sprays are still very viable at short and medium ranges.

Very good introduction to the basics of tactical FPS. It seems like 95% of the fight is being in a better position than your opponent is, so when you spot each other you can have a quicker and more accurate attack (i.e. crosshair placement and good peeking > the best flicks). One question for you specifically: why do you do a little U shape movement with your crosshair when lining up headshots? Why not track horizontally at head height?

*important* Hey for people who don't know it. Your cs:go Sens is divided by 3,18181818 in valorant. 2,5 sens in CS:GO is 0,7857 in Valorant.
So, 400 dpi x 2,5 sens in Cs.Go is 1000 edpi and 0,7857 in Valorant is 1000 edpi aswell. If you use 1000 dpi and you want 1000 edpi you have to put 0,3142 sens in valorant

That counter strafing hint might actually help me. I always felt it awkward to just stop and aim in the middle if walking.
Also the tracking, I know its basic common knowledge but my tracking was bad because I don't hold the angle tight enough.

There is one more very important thing and that is eye placement. There are 2 ways, first is to always look at your crosshair second always look at the head of the enemy you are shooting. I found out that for me it is a lot easyer to hit flicks if i look at enemys head and not my crosshair. When you read this you will think yes but that is obvious but i want you to try it in a practise range and see the difference for your self.

My opinion on sensitvity is if you have't played fps games on mouse for a long time then play low sens. Once you get good and develop mouse control use a higher sens. Low sensitvity is sort of a crutch for people with bad mouse control. Of yourse you don;t want to go too high but something like 25cm/360 is very good for all games. For valorant 30-35cm is probably best though.

I’m getting aggravated because I’ll try to position correctly and not overextend to reveal myself, and immediately get one tapped by someone running full sprint from around the wall. But then I run full sprint around the wall and slow down with crouch I completely miss. I heavily play games that reward good movement and aim like apex, but there’s something so inconsistent about this game. don’t get me wrong tho it’s super fun and I’m trying to put time to practice.

i dont think over/under aiming is a problem with your sens. Its a "you arent used to the sens enough" thing. Everyone over/undershoots ALOT.
If you overshoot, just go and practise moving less, and getting comfortable. DONT TENSE.
if u undershoot, (this is a less common problem), a trick that helped me is to flick your wrist really quickly. You could also try using your arm more.
