The Ninjago TV show is unironically incredible. Some seasons (like season 8: Sons of Garmadon) were so good it was amongst the best TV I ever saw. I'm not even joking, those seasons were that good, they were masterpieces! Go back and give them a watch if you can!
As someone who has platinumed most lego games, this was one of my favorites to 100% it probably also has to do with it being/feeling a bit shorter then the others.
Every day before school, my mom let me watch 1 episode of Ninjago. Back then, it was only up to the ghost season (forgot the number) and I started in kindergarten, and finished the series in 2nd grade. I felt so accomplished.
That was season 5. Now we are at like season 15-16 I think or maybe less.. man season 5 was so long ago, tbh I’m not trying to hate on the show but the sooner seasons have been abit bad

The locked character is a casual Lloyd look from a poly bag released for the movie. You have to input a code found in the poly bag. Just a Google and then put it in then yea. The Lego Movie game had several characters like that as well including Johnny Thunder so that's fun
Ninjago is my favourite IP that lego made. A good amount of the sets are good, the show is awesome with memorable characters. I like the ninja, but Kai is the elite of the elite

Lloyd never got to have a childhood, he was forced to age with magic. What does that do to a person? I saw that episode when i was young and never stopped thinking about it
I'm actually absurdly happy you shared that random memory. I think all of us have those random movie or tv show scenes that stay stuck in our mind to this day. That's because there was something special in that scene that spoke to us. It made us ponder something deeper we never considered before. I love hearing about what those scenes were from other people. I think it helps establish the deeper questions that don't just speaks to us as individuals, but what speaks to our humanity in general.
the problem i have with this game is this is the only lego game where studs are useless, part of what made lego games fun was spending studs on characters, vehicles and red bricks but since everything in this game is given to you for free there is no point in collecting studs.
