I literally just went through the same experiences as your friend. Had times where my boss would tell me to do something a certain way in which I followed and then later tell me he didn’t say that. On top of so many other things, It’s was frustrating. I had to leave because it was a stressful environment and I’m not staying in a place where I’m constantly stressed, tired and overwhelmed. I know no job is 100% easy and perfect but you know when it’s not a place for you to stay. Hope the best for you sis 🩶
