Ibn al-Mubarak’s Advice
‘Abdullah Ibn al-Mubarak (رحمه الله) said:
The insightful and wise do not trust that they are safe from 4 things:
1) A past sin about which it is not known what the Lord Almighty will do.
2) The remaining lifespan wherein it is not known what destruction lies.
3) Some (apparent) advantage a person is given but which could be a lure (from Allah) in recompense for his wrongdoing.
4) A misguidance that has been beautified (so that he thinks it is guidance) and a momentary deviation of the heart, for a person can be stripped of his religion without realising it.

Instead, keep in mind that you will die at some point, and constantly repeat the “La laillahaillah" in your heart. Now that I understand why my life is so difficult, I'm grateful to Allah for making me stronger. I truly mean this when I say that I'm not seeking attention. ❤️🤲🏻

Could be the weak emaan because of worldly desires, I’m no scholar but as far as i know people with firm emaan are mostly not scared of the death or losing their lives as much as someone with weak emaan, now offcourse even the believers are scared of death but not what’s after it because of their emaan , they believe they will get jannah inshaAllah, seek assistance from a scholar , strengthen your ties with Allah, try to better yourself with asking forgiveness all the times and thanking Allah praying to him and try to better yourself everyday, being scared of death is kinda normal may Allah swt give you hidayat and jannah.

I think there is a mistake in the speech because where the speaker talks about the boy in the sheep that Allah s.w.t told to the angel of death that I will protect the boy from the storm than how can a angel have doubt that how the boy will survive this storm.
