Remember they are just a MOCK exam... don't stress yourself out, the whole point of these mock exams is to get some practice in for the real thing. If you can be calm, you know you'll do even better. Hi im just wondering if you will do these for stats and mechanics year 1 and year 2 for a level maths or are you doing pure first
I'm doing pure first, but will get round to do applied as well!
Why at 11:00 is a=5/2 but the sequence ar^n-1 has a=5 not a=5/2?
I think that a = 5/2 in both of those scenarios. For ar^n-1, a=5/2, r=1/2 and n=1, which gives 5/2 * (1/2)^0, which is just 5/2!
