It's always a delight to watch Nakuul's interview. This one was really good. He seems really aware about what's happening around, be it about politics or industry and others. He is really honest and do not fear to share his opinions. About the overrated actor, I think everyone has an opinion, every person see same things differently, so maybe as an actor point of view, he may has his reasons to say that..
