That 7530 is perfect for this map!
Also check out an ELHO rake. I think it would be far easier for you on the maps you are running now. They can be front or rear mounted

I love that John Deere 7530 tractor, it look so like the real tractor. at home we have a John Deere 6120, it does look like that!
Nice to see 1080p, keep that up, makes a massive difference to viewing quality.
great video daggerwin. the reason the extra straw is due to the mud mod it has crop destruction on so if you drive across a field of wheat/barley it will delete the crop and leave straw whatever vehicle you use
As my 4 year old described it coolmazing. And I passed a real Krone big m today. It was smaller than I imagined. Keep up the coolmazing work.
Daggerwin will you do a montage of the harvest so we can see it
With them combines you usually you do 3 headlands and go through the middle of the field and keep going so the pipe/auger will be on the straw on the tractor stays at the side of the field and the combines just his till it if you're alone harvesting mate :)
Dagger quick tip. If you put your front right tire on the previous swath of straw you can unload the combine easier.

When you start to use soilmod on this map, I think it would be very advisable to change your soilmod intervalIngameDays to maybe two days for this map. This would give you much more time for harvesting, and spraying, and all the other jobs you need to do.
I like the idea of that, I will change it after the harvest :)

Hey Dagger, if you really want to RP you can justify running a Lexion 580-600. They are already 15+ years old as well. That Mega is something from the 90s, it is possible a farm like this would use one but not sure as a primary at least for a long time. It's a good looking mod though! Also can't wait for this map to get released and put some hours on it.
Another brilliant video!!! But when you are in the field on the tractor with the trailer, don't drive a over the swoth/straw because in real life it gets caught in the drawbar of the trailer and then you have to get out and try pull all the straw out. But still a great vid
Dagger if your really going for realism why don't you do seasons? Personally I'd find watching you do a few episodes of ploughing/cultivating all the fields in Autumn then sowing followed by fertiliser and spraying in the spring and in summer just go all out harvesting? Like 5 episodes a season

in the smaller fields instead of driving over the crop with the combine and header trailer as you go in, if you get a tractor to tow the header in and park on the headland. then you can drive up to the gate and hitch it up without having to drive on the crop

When harvesting irl you fill the trailer from the back to the fromt so you can see where the grain is going when you are alongside the harvester

you can change the time it takes for the growth cycle so that it makes it slighly easier to do. you can change it from 1 day to maybe 2 or 3 days

in the john deere you should try using the green star GPS
the john deere is lovely
I think the Claas Mega Dominator has a fail safe system that cuts off the header power when the operator gets out of the harvester while the engine is running.

in the soil mod it should make it so you crush the straw swath when driving over it
