Thank u very much brother. My daughter loves it whn I make this style curry ...she is very fugitive about food. Thanks alot n keep uploading new recipes
Amazing recipe. But I hate wasting, so I cooked it with onion paste and tomato paste and didn't strain it. While the texture isn't restaurant quality, the taste was amazing.
Yes, you can definitely do that. We have strained it to get a smooth gravy that compliments the prawns :) Do try it out and let us know how it turns out!
I tried it two times.one time without filtering ,just kept it asit is ,It was very tasty as well. Other time grinded it.This was also more tasty than previous one.And also it becomes a smooth consistent. So filtering or grinding gives a smooth consistent which goes well with prawns.

What a waste of the sauted ingredients ! Those ingredients by itself, gives a taste and texture to the gravy. Grinding them would be a good alternative, to get a thick gravy.
I tried it nd it was awesome. I ground up the fried onion and tomato masala and then strained it. This gave a thicker gravy

What if I don't strain away that awesome mix of onions, tomatoes, coconut milk, chilli, tamarind and continue with adding the prawns in it n cook.

Or you could grind them in a mixer and it will make curry thick and smooth. I tried and it was tasty

Hey, its a really cool recipe and I tried it.... Its Just PERFECT!!!!!!!! Thank You Sir!!
Glad you liked it! Thank you for your feedback :)
Why are you burning the onions? 😣
For coconut based gravy never brown your onions
What a waste of the sauted ingredients !
Those ingredients by itself, gives a taste and texture to the gravy.
Grinding them would be a good alternative, to get a thick gravy.
This is not malabar style prawn at all
..
Why strain the gravy? Utter nonsense!! You'll be losing half the flavour.
Onions are clearly burnt. C'mon guys you can do better.
This not kerala style
You are making very worst style
Totally waste items
Wrong procedure. what's with that straining and all that bullshit. Shrimp is added to cook much before the coconut milk.
If it doesn't like you means its a bullshit? Try learn to appreciate, dude!
Bakwasss
Not good
