This is by far the best teaching of thermodynamics I have found. However I will leave a piece of constructive criticism - you say "okay" too much and it can be distracting. Don't take this as an offense, but as an attempt to make the best even better. Cheers!
The heat source in the case of IC engines is from the spark plugs? Change in Internal Energy in the case of IC Engines is from the fuel addition? How about Steam Engine or steam Turbines? The heat source in the case of steam engines or steam turbines is from burning coal used to change water into steam? Change in Internal Energy in the case of steam Engine or steam turbines is from a change in Internal energy from the water changing into steam inside the boiler? Basically the system includes the fuel, steam and the mechanical parts? The system includes the gas and the mechanical parts in case of the gas turbine? & the change in internal energy of the working substance is the hidden force (thermodynamic force) behind the external work that we see as shaft movement or rotation. Please verify thanks
Isn't Cp for He going to be 3/2R because 3 Degree of Freedom as translational and it cannot have rotational or vibrational DOF..? (It's just an atom, not linear or non-linear)
There is also a 4th law of thermodynamics as entropy is dual! From a converging, convex or syntropic perspective everything looks divergent, concave or entropic -- the 2nd law of thermodynamics. love how you explain it all, but could you please don't say "okay" so much. all of my focus will here only "okay" and not the wonder full explanations that you give. sorry for asking you this, and i really don t say this to offend you. so please don t love the teaching that you give. very kind regards, michieal
It was my Physical Chemistry exam today and this helped me the most. I can't thank you enough. Keep up the good work Sarah. ❤
Oh my god. This helps me a lot!! I have no idea what my professor has taught. You've just saved my Physical Chem I !!!
The system or surroundings receiving the "Q" always has a smaller temp in denominator and a positive sign so the total S is NEVER negative.
3rd best learned in my physical chem class
Thanks again Sarah . but you mixed up the temperatures for problem 2.2.2. at 1:12:26 in the video
F.R the temp should be different and she made them the same
You are an awesome teacher. Thanks, Sarah
Thank you so much for your kind efforts. It is really excellent.
You are amazing. Clear and precise with the explanation and examples. Thank you a ton for this great vid 🤌🏽
Thank you for sharing and putting the teaching togethers.

It really depends on the person. I'm fine with it. Rather, its comforting at times.
About the 40 min mark, 1 + Ql/Qh is a number larger than 1 which is impossible for efficiency, btw.
you helped me in the night before my test thankssss
Thank you so much for clear sharing this.. It helps me a lot..
that's soooo clear!!❤️❤️🔥🔥
On problem 2.2.2. Why do we use the same initial temperature of 150°C when calculating Entropy for the Cold sample.
This was really helpful! Thank you so much!
in the last example, 2 variables are being changed in all steps but you apply only one variable change formula?
The heat source in the case of IC engines is from the spark plugs?
Change in Internal Energy in the case of IC Engines is from the fuel addition?

Super helpful!!! thank you!!!

Sorry, you are right. That's for Cv, and Cp=Cv+R
Found an error @ 1:12:32, the Tinitial B should be 273 not 423
Nice catch. These are great lectures but you have to stay awake.
I saw that and came to the comments to see if anyone had pointed it out haha.
I LOVE YOU!
Crazy How I'm a dropout and studying this shit by myself lmao

Mommy❤❤
you are the best but please stop saying okay :(
Nice video! But you shouldn't say OK or K so often...
Alexander Bitner lol stfu
it was natural for a Filipino to say that ok? it's our manarism k?

kkkkkkkk
u saying okay made me not want to watch because it annoyed me u say ok after every 6 seconds
Oh please, go somewhere else. You're lucky she even has these posted.
I'm not going to count the times you say "okay?". Work on your presentation-skilss, my dear.
