Yes, but I choose the stock's price based on my balance. I prefer stocks that move, that aren't static, and with some decent profit potential. A stock priced at $20 isn't in line with my money management strategy.
u said penny stocks doesnt have volume and not suitable for daytrade but why u also said that penny stocks tend to go up in price very high in small amount of time..im confuse, also cause i always see penny stocks explode around 20%-150% or more
There are many penny stocks, under $5-10. Why you ask. These suckers can turn on you in a heart beat! You lay down 20K and 1/2 gone in a day a hour...Now your stuck in the trade. Why? You didn't put a stop on the trade. I've traded gold/silver stocks off/on and these are the types of stocks he is talking about. Gov. regs, news driven, mine accidents, earning, dilution, treasury yields, dxy, fed, gdp, jolts and more affecting the stock. So many things to watch. Yep good run ups but huge down drafts also, quickly. Most of the time people get stuck in the trade because they are waiting for the run up. When I trade them I'm usually in for minutes, hrs at the most a day or two, but the base metal like gold is running hence the miners run. It's a scalp. You need to be in front of the P.C., not at work.

You need to play with that number. If you trade penny stocks, that number is too big.
Did I do something wrong? I used the same settings in this video and got cut down to only 4 stocks
Play with the value of ADR , ATR (lower it).
