We can’t broach this discussion without referencing Bedard, and where his first live and numeral Artifacts RCs waves fall along his, say, Top 50 RCs. It would be like saying a $75 box of 2015-16 Artifacts was risky in 2015. It wasn’t. Even if 2023 is crazier and more prone to inflation. Otherwise love your riffs!
Hey thanks for watching! Most people wont pull a Bedard from the set, and it’s not certain that the non-auto Bedard cards will bring in enough ($150 USD) to pay for the box anyway. As a whole, netting $150+ to gain a profitable return on the investment is unlikely without a big name pull and not guaranteed with one…and with less cards and a higher price, it makes it risky as a card investor - more risky than a typical hobby box. So while I don’t agree with your assessment, I appreciate your view and comment! Happy collecting!
