Panchayat season 3 just got released and I really enjoyed this season. The ending of season 3 left me with a question which I am sure a lot of you also have, who called the hit on pradhaan ?

Pradhan khud nahi diya hoga because Sachiv ji ke jaate time aisa nahi karega... Bhusan hi call kar raha tha Sachiv ki baat sunka..Jo bhi ho Pradhan ji election jeet rahe hai 😂

Pradhan jee did it himself. Multiple factors: Others have pointed out that he didn’t need sympathy as whole village was behind him. But is that all? In reality soon the whole village would move on and Bushan does have a support base, road is not coming and bushan would have promised that garnering many votes. People only supported Pardhan Jee for the respect of village, not him. Second he has to get rid of Vidhayak somehow because he knew Vidhayak would come back. His wife may win and he may be ruling in her name just like Pardhan jee does. With this attack, Pardhan has an attempted murder FIR and will avoid pardhan jee at all costs. Also the attack seems fake, initially the attackers didn’t even ask who pardhan was, they were 2 feet away and still missed all the shots and attack happened right in front of a bus full of passengers so there would be ample witnesses. Then after cornering them, they are right in front of pardhan jee and only shoot his shoulder ensuring he would live, and even let 2 witnesses go unharmed, wiqas and Parhlad. The whole thing is Pardhan’s game. Bushan calling someone on the phone is just a red herring to make us think otherwise.
I like your theory but Pradhaan is never shown to scheme at this level. If he wanted to stop Bhushan for good he could've done that at the start and that would've been very easy back then.
Pradhaan scheming on this level just goes against the character. It is also possible that I might be wrong, only season 4 will tell.

Swanand Kirkere's character did this. That's the rule of writing, you have to change the negative character after a few season. As the season scale is increasing the scale of the villain should also increase. Take a screenshot please. This will happen.
They wouldn't introduce swanand kirkire just for a scene. He will be a bigger fish with more ulterior motives and definately has bigger plans .
Wrong,they should't had shot so many bullets if the ultimate goal was to gain sympathy

Two possibilities:
1. Bhushan ka kaam hai ( MLA involved nhi hai )
2. Isme 3rd party ka hath hai jo abhi tak introduced nhi hui hai. ( Last me police station wala scene dhyan se dekho )
Possible hai naya character introduce ho season 4 mein.
Bushan has been shown never to be violent. He only schemes.
If he wanted pardhan to be dead he wouldn’t have gone out of his way to stop Vadhayak when vadhayak was about to attack the village. He could have let it happen but he stopped it for few hours giving village time to prepare. He was even there with a white flag and his wife. He treats his wife very well too again showing his non violent nature. He always uses legal means to protest.
Bhushan was only there with a white flag to steal the spot light. When Bam Bahadur was threatened by MLA, Bhushan was willing to let MLA carry out his threat, he even willingly passed the message to Bam Bahadur.
Bhushan is capable of violence as in the hospital scene when Bhushan is slapped he chooses to retaliate with violence. Now you can argue that he was defending himself but it is a violent way to defend yourself.
Bhushan is willing to use violence as long as it is beneficial to him
Then again I can be wrong 🤔 well we'll have to wait for the next season
Possibility that Bhushan & pradhan mile hue he, uno ne road ke bahane MLA ko trap kar liya, ye dikhaya ki dono enemy he. Ab pradhan pure jille ka sympathy gain kar ke MLA banega or bhushan gao ka pradhan banega. Ek bar padhan ki wife ye bhi keheti he ki apne MLA ke liye try kiya tha lekin ho nahi paya.
I think pradhaan ne hit job call nhi kia hai, kyunki Hitman asked before shooting ki pradhaan kon hai iska matlab Hitman pradhaan ko nhi jaanta tha.

That's a good point. MLA hospital wale scene mein bolta hai ki Pradhaan khud pe hit call kar rha hai lekin aap tumhare point se yeh clear ho jaa rha hai ki aisa nhi hai

For sure it is pradhan himself otherwise the next season wont be interesting. Im on 100% bet it was pradhan himself to gain sympathy and dethrone vidhayak.
I doubt that this is the case, but if this is the case then it'll be really interesting to see how the story goes from that point.

I think isme do log shamil hain. See, shooters pehle randomly goli marke fear create karke nikal gaye. This was the original order by some third party. Par aage jake shooters wapis kyun aate hain? Aisa lagta hai ki aage unhe koi convince karta hai ki chase karo aur pradhan ko maaro. Pradhan ke marne se fayda kisko? Bhusan.
And Phulera ke Pradhan par chali goli, toh obvious culprit to vidhayak ko hi assume kiya jayega..so Bhusan is our guy.
