- Epic trip to Lake Powell, we find 40ft visibility and massive schools of Striped Bass. Freshwater Spearfishing doesn't get much better than this!

do guys ever use scuba tanks, or is that not considered sporting?
To loud and slow for my liking. It’s frowned upon by a lot of people, I prefer not to judge other sportsmen on how they choose to enjoy the outdoors and harvest their food. So long as it’s not detrimental to the resource I don’t have a problem with it.
Im beginning to find striper hunting to be some of my favorite spearfishing! I rewatch this video every so often and it gets me so pumped to get back to Lake Powell

@@joshhancey3810 gun length is entirely determined by visibility here. I use guns from 60-90cm. A 70-80cm gun will be the most versatile for Utah.
