Nope his kids Were in LA. with relatives but who knows right now. His adult guy was maybe in London dating a student. If that kid is around there it might make sense. The completely gorgeous daughter is having jobs many places which we fans shouldn't know too much about. The reason Johnny Depp is living in Europe right now and has been since the end of the court case in America is because he has been working on a movie called "Jeanne du Barry", and so that is what he has been doing the past year, after his concert tour with his friend Jeff Beck in the UK. The film was shot in France and it is in the French language, it is a a period piece set in the 1700s , Johnny Depp plays King Louise XV of France and the role required him to shave off his trademark goatee and moustache, it is due for its premiere at the Cannes film festival in the south of France on May 21st 2023, so look out for Johnny promoting that film, early reports say he is magnificent in the film. Johnny Depp has made many of his big films in the UK or Europe, that is why he likes living there. This latest film he had signed up to do in 2019 and so he got to it as soon as his troubles with Miss Heard were brought to a close, and while Johnny is of course grieving for his dear friend Jeff Beck that is not really the reason he has stayed around in Europe, he has simply just been very busy working on various projects and has just shot a movie in France!! Look out for it, I think he is already heading back on a career high.

Having a friend who stood by him when others turned their backs on him during one of the most heartbreaking times in his life must be heartrenching to overcome.
I feel he needs to do whatever he needs to do to find closure and say goodbye to his dear friend.
If that means staying in London close to Mr Becks family and friends to support them in their time of need , then so be it.
As for his career.... I believe Mr Depp only signs on the dotted line when he finds a role intriguing enough to put his own spin on it.
So far, this has served him well, and I hope he never loses that uniqueness he brings to the silver screen.

Being from Europe myself I can back up what JD has said about being able to live a more normal life in the UK. We don’t chase people down the road, when they are famous, or we’ll known. It’s not our culture so I can see why that would feel much more like normal life,which is why many stars have left the USA

I don't blame him for not returning. He has been treated horribly by the people gave the most! He was one of the highest-paid actors in all of Hollywood and they cancelled him without any evidence whatsoever. He deserves public apologies from both Disney and Warner Brothers! This isn't the first time Johnny Depp has left the U.S for Europe. He moved there when he and Venessa Paradis were together and both of his children ere born in France. He also lived in England when he dated Kate Moss. Johnny is no stranger to living outside of the United States. He also is under contract with Disney to make the New Pirates of the Caribbean as well as a few others. After the death of his friend Jeff Beck he's taking some time off. But Johnny still plays his music and has an active social media page. He hasn't dropped off of the face of the earth because he's grieving and like all people who lose a friend he needs some space to heal. He has suffered loss before. In recent history he lost his mother. Johnny has many friends and family who love and care about him and he's much stronger than people think. He's not a wallflower needing protection... He's a grown man. He does deserve some sympathy and understanding for what his ex put him through and more so, compassion for all he's endured over the past 10 years. He still maintains a U.S address and I'm sure he'll use it again sometime in the future. He always does.
