My younger brother was diagnosed with ADHD then again he was super hyper when he was little. Now at age 24, he talks super fast and I can't understand what he's trying to say. I hate myself that I'm not close with my brother.

i take meds for my adhd theyre way less risky to take then anti depressants for example and they actually kinda help a bit
