I really like that they combined the ring collecting special stage in Sonic 2 with the blue spheres special stage in Sonic 3. It just seems like a clever thing to do. I also really liked the music used in Green Flower Zone.
I love these models (especially Tails because I’m a big Tails fan) but my one complaint would be that they aren’t smooth. If the creator could fix that somehow, then I’d probably use them over *anything* else (especially Jeck Jims)
I think its because the game itself is based around sprites. Extra frame for smoothness will slow the game down. This is why for example 2.5D fighting games tend to be slower than pixel based fighting games.
Since Hidden Palace Zone in Sonic 3& Knuckles is around the Lavareef Zone, I wonder how this Zone would tie the 2 together, Then again this version could be the entrance way into the S3 version..

All we need is a model for knuckles. And team naoto sonic is complete.
They are already working on one but just use peppermint's or kaldrum's in the meantime
