Message to Australia and New Zealand in these over powered govt times.
There a Book called "Unintended Consequences" by John Ross that both populations should at least read the shorts to get the idea but basically in the book People just got sick of it all and Government agents started disappearing ... you know the type "Well there's his car but he's gone" and after the public got the idea lots and lots of govt agents just went missing and end of the boot the govt had to go back to the people
I think it's Time - for People to get hold of the pdf copy of the original book before it was banned and send copies to all their friends ...
Now as it happens I have a PDF copy of "Unintended Consequences" by John Ross
Does anyone want a copy emailed to them - Reply and we will work it out

I witnessed the collapse of communism in 1989 and I was ecstatic. We now had the freedom to travel, and freedom of speech. I never dreamed that I would be witnessing the rebirth of communism and their totalism ways - the current regime in Australia is more dangerous than what you realise.
Be careful. Apparently, what you experienced wasn't "REAL COMMUNISIM," just communism in name
Our PM is a member of the communist party in university
Communism never ended. It was just disguised as "democracy".
The problem government type is totalitarianism.
Things like communism, fascism, national socialism, free market capitalism, state capitalism, the divine right of kings, etc are just propaganda to justify the people at the top having absolute power over everyone else.
Nobody has to believe the propaganda as long as no one is allowed to speak out against it. The people at the top don't need to believe it, they just need to say the things that support them having total power over everyone else, and have a group of people who will do the dirty work in exchange for a slightly better life than the people at the very bottom.
You know you're in deep shit when it becomes illegal to mention the shit.
It isn't communism, it is Authoritarianism. Both extremes drive towards it, trying to get back to feudalism with the Ruling class being them ( new kings ) instead of the old kings etc.

Prior to this bill being introduced I read through the entire misinformation/disinformation bill and found it to be very poorly written, I thus wrote to every member of the upper and lower house of federal parliament some months ago, I outlined to them: 1. The bill contained no reference to who will be the judge and jury 2. the bill contained no reference to what is misinformation/disinformation 3. the bill contained no parameters to stop personal/political bias by those who control the implementation of this law if it is passed by parliament 4. the bill is a total erosion of personal freedom and democracy. I ask you all to contact your local member to let them know what you think about this bill.

As George Carlin once said:
But there’s a reason. There’s a reason. There’s a reason for this, there’s a reason education sucks, and it’s the same reason that it will never, ever, ever be fixed. It’s never gonna get any better. Don’t look for it. Be happy with what you got. Because the owners of this country don't want that. I'm talking about the real owners now, the real owners, the big wealthy business interests that control things and make all the important decisions. Forget the politicians. The politicians are put there to give you the idea that you have freedom of choice. You don't. You have no choice. You have owners. They own you. They own everything. They own all the important land. They own and control the corporations. They’ve long since bought and paid for the senate, the congress, the state houses, the city halls, they got the judges in their back pockets and they own all the big media companies so they control just about all of the news and information you get to hear. They got you by the balls. They spend billions of dollars every year lobbying, lobbying, to get what they want. Well, we know what they want. They want more for themselves and less for everybody else, but I'll tell you what they don’t want: They don’t want a population of citizens capable of critical thinking. They don’t want well informed, well educated people capable of critical thinking. They’re not interested in that. That doesn’t help them. Thats against their interests. Thats right. They don’t want people who are smart enough to sit around a kitchen table to figure out how badly they’re getting fucked by a system that threw them overboard 30 fucking years ago. They don’t want that. You know what they want? They want obedient workers. Obedient workers. People who are just smart enough to run the machines and do the paperwork, and just dumb enough to passively accept all these increasingly shittier jobs with the lower pay, the longer hours, the reduced benefits, the end of overtime and the vanishing pension that disappears the minute you go to collect it, and now they’re coming for your Social Security money. They want your retirement money. They want it back so they can give it to their criminal friends on Wall Street, and you know something? They’ll get it. They’ll get it all from you, sooner or later, 'cause they own this fucking place. It's a big club, and you ain’t in it. You and I are not in the big club. And by the way, it's the same big club they use to beat you over the head with all day long when they tell you what to believe. All day long beating you over the head in their media telling you what to believe, what to think and what to buy. The table is tilted folks. The game is rigged, and nobody seems to notice, nobody seems to care. Good honest hard-working people -- white collar, blue collar, it doesn’t matter what color shirt you have on -- good honest hard-working people continue -- these are people of modest means -- continue to elect these rich cocksuckers who don’t give a fuck about them. They don’t give a fuck about you. They don’t give a fuck about you. They don't care about you at all -- at all -- at all. And nobody seems to notice, nobody seems to care. That's what the owners count on; the fact that Americans will probably remain willfully ignorant of the big red, white and blue dick that's being jammed up their assholes everyday. Because the owners of this country know the truth: it's called the American Dream, because you have to be asleep to believe it.

I have written a draft email to my federal member regarding this matter,
If anyone would like to use it as a template feel free.
Dear (Federal Member),
I urgently need to address the Draft Legislation for the proposed misinformation/disinformation bill. After a thorough review, it is alarmingly clear that this bill is poorly conceived and poses a significant threat to our fundamental rights.
Lack of Accountability: The bill fails to specify who will serve as judge and jury in these matters, raising serious concerns about accountability.
Ambiguity of Terms: There is no clear definition of what constitutes misinformation or disinformation, leaving the law open to interpretation and misuse.
Risk of Bias: The bill does not establish parameters to prevent personal or political bias from those enforcing it, creating a dangerous environment for abuse of power.
Erosion of Freedoms: This legislation represents a grave infringement on personal freedom and the democratic principles we hold dear.
This bill is nothing less than an assault on the free speech of everyday Australians. I implore you to reject it in its entirety. Supporting such a measure would reflect a serious moral failing. As a devoted citizen of this country, I could never support a representative who stands by while such a deceitful bill threatens our freedoms.

It was the work of fiction only in the form, Orwell was extrapolating tendencies he saw around, and not only abroad, but in Britain as well. Western audience kidded itself thinking that this only applicable to countries behind the curtain
I think you will find that it was a prediction.
@@sidecarmisanthrope5927 I know but it shouldn’t have been a prediction, it should have remained fiction.

The irony that he rants about misinformation but then drank the MSM kool-aid & got three shots is super choice.

I guess it's preferable to be a wanker rather than a moron.
Exactly, WTF?? If you're smart enough to formulate and solve differential equations for engineering exercises, you should be smart enough to understand the gain of function research papers published online by researchers in Wuhan and North Carolina. Trusting the creeps behind the research that funded and created the pandemic to come up with a "cure" - that's pretty stupid and gullible.
The lying is now just too prolific and too obvious for anything but equally obvious and heavy-handed gagging and making examples of people. It's going to get rough.
All information must be approved by the ministry of truth and don’t forget, “the Party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears. It was their final, most essential command.”
To paraphrase Ricky Gervais, "What I said is not offensive, you just found it offensive" and an actual quote "Just because you're offended, doesn't mean you are right"
Gervais didn't come up with that. It is a well established fact in psychology. No one can say anything to offend you. It is only your interpretation of what is said that offends.
@@sidecarmisanthrope5927 Fair enough - the more you know etc....
Australia needs a bill of rights.
You had 3 shots because 'it was the right thing to do', hashtag 'science'. Seriously! You're still telling yourself that lie to rationalize the lie you bought into!!
Anti-vaxx crackpot.
It was never the right thing to do ..
Anyone capable of logical critical thinking should have worked that out right from the start.
@sagelikea6130 he pushed them in his convid video series too, we dont forget, don't worry. I bet the clown hasn't read the documentation TGA got from the V manufacturers saying they never tested for carcinogenic material. I wonder if he knows about Robert Malone .... As the muppet always says "facts don't care about you or me"...
Welcome to the world of Jacindarella... Thankfully, being reversed now in sheepshagastan...
With third world diseases reappearing because "vaccine fear"?
Here in ‘Merica, free speech means I must fight for my political opponents right to say crap I don’t agree with. . And as much as I may hate what they say, I will defend their right to say what they want. The true cost of free speech is that I may be forced to be offended by another’s speech. That is a price we must pay.
Absolutely.
Paul,
👍🏻.
Nice gay t-shirt John!!!
Free speech from Albo!
Done. Just emailed my federal MP. Hope to get a reply from his office in next few days. Hopefully before they vote.
I've read the Australian constitution throughout, from what I've read Australians really don't have freedom anyway and if this bill passes. I'll be moving back to the U.S.. one of your freedoms is the freedoms in this country the freedom to vote, no in Australia you do not have the to vote it compulsory, you'll be fined if you don't
The freedom to vote for anyone standing for election...
you get to vote for them or against them.
Or
Spoiling your ballot paper also counts as "voting"
can't help it and can't punish being too stupid to follow ballot instructions
r/malicious compliance.
@@JohnSmith-pl2bk you just proved my comment right

I thought of the statement you made and immediately thought of the solution to your very small " problem."
Watching may of the vids coming from USA from 1st amendment auditors there is less freedom and more free dumb on offer than I thought was humanly possible....
We are however signatories to the UN rights article 19 : Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers. The proposed legislation is in contradiction to this which is an interesting quandary for the government.
In the US optional voting causes a lot of "negative" campaigning; parties will target certain groups and try to get them to not turn out to vote. In Australia compulsory voting stops that occurring.
If FACTS hurt your feelings...then you need new Feelings...not NEW FACTS...FACTS are FACTS. Great Vid J C.
Let's crowd fund a series of smoke trail flyovers of Sydney and Melbourne with a simple phrase.
No 2 Albo .. ?
"Vaccines were safe and effective", was this mis or dis information
Just a plain old lie.
Part of the problem is that we have no opposition in Australia - the Liberals are only marginally better than Labor.
We have relatives who are public servants and live in the ACT. We have seen them progressively go "down hill" the longer they have been in Canberra. They have become increasingly Left Wing, increasingly woke and increasingly disconnected from the real world. Quite frightening.
What you have not mentioned, is that this misinformation bill is coming from the UN, and that Australian government has a legal obligation to bring the bill into effect. Now, I am not a supporter of it, and I think we need to fight against this bill but people need to understand from the start, that the Australian government does not represent the Australian people.

Good vid. As you've been jabbed please keep an eye on your health, heart in particular ... Dismiss it as tin foil hattery but I mean it sincerely.
I got the jab, because I had no choice, due to the nature of my work.
It's reality. Serious side effects are reality, but people will dismiss it until it happens to them or someone in their family unfortunately.
@@ianbaker2599 And some people will even refuse to acknowledge it then ...
No. The small chance of heart side effects from being jabbed is peanuts compared to the far greater side effects of covid. You can hate me for that. But that is the scientific evidence based on corroborated research.
Good vid? He lied about the NLP and Dutton supporting this. The LNP have formally declared that they are opposed to it.
Don't just email your local member. You only have until the 30th to send a submission on the bill. Get cracking everyone. You too, John I'm sure you can do better than me. I only quoted article 19 UN human rights and requested a public hearing.
I sent a submission to the Senate,and like you,requested a public hearing.
Just looked it up, thank you.
The coalition has rejected this. Shadow Communications Minister David Coleman says Labor's redrafted misinformation bill has "no place" in Australia. The Coalition has committed to formally opposing Labor's misinformation bill in parliament, after months of concerns over the risk it may pose to free speech. Please try to keep up.
