I was not expecting to be able to create a character, nor was I expecting combat that could be fairly challenging.
I played the game because of the character creation feature and it blew me away!

I admit that the thing that won me over most about this game was that it was not a typical free "pay-to-play"
I consider it as one of the free-to-play friendly game since there are a lot of rewards and the only thing that hides behind a paywall is aesthetics. At least for me. It will still depend on the person's gacha tolerance. 😅

This game is AMAZING, the attention to detail, the effort, the story telling, the voice acting (at least in english) heck even the battle experience and mechanics (such as the cards, weapons etc,..) is very intricately done.
This game deserves more hype and attention, I can’t wait for upcoming updates!

I agree! It's probably the first otome game that is doable without paying (hopefully they keep it that way) . It does take longer if you're not paying but idm. As long as we try to do most daily tasks, it'll be alright!

I started playing yesterday and I wasn't expecting there will be a battle or sci-fi/fantasy story at all I thought it's gonna be like normal life love story but no! The story is very good and keep making me curious, and I love the battle mechanics. I love every detail in the game like you can chat your love interest, read/share news article, or even comment on in game sociql media, like everything in this game is beyond my expectations and I enjoyed it so much that I've been playing for hours 😭💖

There’s so much to do. I can mess with my favorite boy (Xavier), ask him what to eat, put him in outfits I get for free, take pictures with him in a freaking purikura, go on an arcade machine date with him, play cards with him, bro…sooo much better than Tears of Themis (sorry Hoyoverse!!)

the character design part was absolutely fantastic like i loved that you can be really detailed with facial structure and even having light to dark skintones which for majority of games especially like these never have dark skintones let alone letting you make ur character have round faces too! i just started playing but i already love the game and story already ❤

@@SGLP54 Currently, there's no gender option for the main character.
Tbh the auto battle is really saver because I am sometimes lazy and sometimes busy. It's just that if you also like the battle part, like me, you probably noticed how the MC sometimes never dodged so she always take unnecessary battle damage in my opinion.
There's also the time when you battle with heartbreaker and bunch of envelope started floating, the way MC trying to get those envelopes are by running zig zag back and forth while also pausing a bit after getting the envelopes kinda piss me off.
So yeah auto battle is saver but if you to pass the battle with full stars quickly maybe people that likes the battle part can try their skill on manual😅😅😅
Yeah... I have observed the zig zags in heart breaker and sometimes defaults on attacking every wanderer even though the requirements of the battle is just detroying the protocores.😅 I use auto-battle by default and if it didn't get 3-stars, I would switch to manual. But it's definitely a time saver for me. 🙂

I wanted to ask about the memory system. What is a smart way to go about upgrading memories? Are there some we shouldn’t or should we focus on upgrading each as they come?
You're welcome. Finally, an ad that shows the real gameplay! Definitely focus on the 4- or 5-stars first but make sure to upgrade memories with different stellactrums first. 🙂

I luckily had a pretty good idea of what the game would be like because I've played a bit of Mr. Love (before getting enough stars to progress became too annoying...), and I was SO EXCITED that it had a battle system!! I can potentially brute force my way through levels instead of completely relying on having the exact loadout the game wants! it also makes me want to engage with the game even when I can't progress the story yet. it's actually _fun_ to do and adds a completely different kind of engagement with the guys. Zayne is my least favorite by default, but I honestly love battling with him. Rafayels animations and effects are just so gorgeous that sometimes I choose him just to see it in action (I've toggled between his outfits just to see his animation over and over lol. it's so smooth!) the "date" minigames are also a lot of fun and give the characters a lot more personality than I'd expect. oh, I also LOVE that you can alter the main characters voice! I can make it lower!!
my biggest gripe, gameplay wise, is the fact that leveling up is entirely tied to daily missions (the battle exp is too minuscule to count) so I can't progress the story nearly as quickly as I'd like. progression gets slower by the day as each level requires more exp, and it's already taking me a couple days to reach the next chapter unlock goal. it's kind of a blessing in disguise, though. it gives me time to upgrade my teams so I can 3-star all the levels, and if they follow the pattern set by Mr. Love and the Nikki games, total stars will come into play eventually. (but _my god_ am I desperate to see what happens after chapter 7-11!!)
Yeah, I don't mind that the main story is time-gated especially since the release is only until chapter 8... we would still have to wait until the next major update. And there's a lot of fun things you can do in this game! I really like that the other features add more depth to the characters personalities.
My favorite is Zayne... I didn't actually have a preference when I started playing the game but he just keeps saving me on battles haha... it came to the point that I couldn't easily get a 3 star with the other two.😅 But I do like all three of them--their personalities and backstories. 🥰

Thank you for making this video. I've been seeing ads about this game every other TH-cam short lol, and dont get me wrong, i do love me some fine looking young men in the Final Fantasy style. God they are gorgeous 😍... anway- i had no idea what this game was really about, but i had a feeling it was one of those asian romance simulators and it looks to be just that. Which isn't a bad thing! But that kind of game isn't for me... and yet i watched a different video showing some of the story, and I'm kinda invested in the characters now... and the combat surprised me. That made me want to play it on my pc or a console. The game looks incredibly well made for what i figure to only be a mobile game. Again thank you for explaining what the game has to it. :) ❤

I’m usually the waifu game type but this game is beautiful and has a really nice structure with lots of fun little gimmicks. Combat is pretty solid too. How often do the limited 5 star memories repeat if they ever have?
It’s pretty funny how I’m seeing comments about not liking the battling, and not manually controlling the boys in combat. You also have outfits and cosmetics but you don’t, because they can only be used in certain situations. It’s like sort of geared towards a particular audience but sort of not at the same time lmao
Anyways I’m very familiar with the structure of this game, it seems to take inspiration from waifu ARPGs and I’m happy to see a game exists where the roles are sort of reversed. Found lots of channels covering this game so I hope it sticks around!
This game is fairly new so there hasn't been any reruns for the limited banners yet. The combat is appealing to me and this is one of the things that makes the game different from other otome games. But it is kind of a bummer that you can only wear some outfits in certain situations 😅
But with all the other fun stuff we can do in this game, I'm still enjoying it and I do also hope it sticks around 😊

Love and Deepspace is definitely ahead of its time so it's a bit challenging to recommend a better one... it will probably boil down to personal taste.😅 But if you want something similar (mobile and gacha elements), Mr Love (Love and Producer) comes to mind. It's from the same developers and the story is pretty good. 😊

Can the wishes we get can be played as a memory video? Or is it just cards? And if yes how?
And if I buy a memory from Wishing Well shop is it a good idea?
5-star memories are the interactive stories and can be played in the date menu > falling for you > memoria. 4-star memories are the voice-only stories that can be played in the date menu > by your side. 3-star memories are just the normal cards you collect.
I try to save up my wishing well stardust for a 5-star memory that I don't have yet, although the 5-star memories there change every month so be careful.

As a straight dude, I have seen my fair share of waifu harem gacha games, but never otome gacha games so Love and Deepspace (also Tears of Themis) piqued my interest. As in, how does gacha even work if there are only three dudes?
And if you don't mind me asking. So um... how does dating work in this game based on canon universe? Is it like a (reverse) harem where you are three-timing all these dudes and they're fine with it? Or does it work like old fashioned dating sims where you are in a monogamous relationship with all three of them... if that makes sense (i.e. alternate routes).
One more dumb question, do I get to see the female protagonist during dates and intimate scenes? I know this is otome and the male love interests are the main focus, but I was just wondering if there's any eye candy for dudes in here as well.
Hi! The gacha for this game has a standard/permanent banner that has a few 5 star cards and will always be available. There are also limited event banners that only run for the duration of the event its been announced. The limited banners usually feature one guy's 5 star card and has a duration of one week, or it can feature all the guys' 5 star cards and has 2 weeks duration.
For the dating, it does work like old fashioned dating sims with alternate routes where you are in a monogamous relationship with all of the guys.
The main story and dates mostly puts you in a first person perspective, but there are some scenes where you can see the mc, especially in intimate moments.
Very recommended game for self insert player

I wish style of Tears of themis Quality of Time can have in game style like this
But I dont complain I already enjoy being Hunter in Linkon city

Hi! In the main story, there are certain battles that will require you to have that specific companion. If you don’t see a white rotating icon beside the companion during team setup then it might be one of those.
What can you do if you can’t hear anything?
Hi! If you're using iPhone, there's a do-not-disturb switch that might be turned on... at least that was for me.😅 So, please double check your phone's settings. You can also try to repair the game files by clicking the wrench icon in the login page.
Can you explain how protocores work? It's so confusing 😭 I have a task that I need to equip a level 10 protocore, but i dont even understand what that means lmao 😭😭

Hi! In the current version, the main story won't let you choose yet but there are upcoming updates starting from September that will branch out per love interest. There are however some bite size interactive stories separate from the main story that you can unlock by getting a high enough affinity with the love interest and acquiring a specific memory of him (these are from the gacha). Hope this answers your question. 😊
How do you upload to moments on it??? One of my tasks is so post a moment and I’ve been having trouble figuring it out. It’s when you click the phone and it’s the circle with a square in the middle where other characters post on it my task is to post on that but I don’t understand how?
Hi! When you're in the post screen, there should be a small circle with a pen on the upper right corner to post. Although, it will only appear when you unlocked something to post--for me it was the first Kitty badge. I hope I answered your question. 😅

I'm not too familiar with IMVU but Love and Deepspace is definitely one of the better games in terms of graphics, story, and gameplay in my opinion. 😊

The only thing so far im not satisfied with is the inability to change my character's body type, but considering the angles here its quite tolerable, except for hair though, they need to considering the ability to change hair in battle gameplay soon

I think changing the body time would make a glitch when you do photoshoot or specific movement, but probably hair won't do much, the least the can do probably shorter hair or change colors

I want to ask, what is memories level? It say my memories level is low when i do bounty but i already level up my card until 20
Hi! I need more context but make sure that all cards equipped not just one has the appropriate level.
@@ThalryGames yeah, actually when you click the *bounty daily*, *on the top right corner* you will see _recommended memory level_. Mine in color red, and it's said "rank lvl 20, please upgrade you memory". I can play it but yeah, I can't get 3 stars maybe because i am still weak? Or it's related to that memory level.
@@breane It could be both, you could try to level up all your equipped cards more. Since you're seeing the red message: "please upgrade...", this means the game is detecting at least 1 equipped card to be lower level.

Hi! There are limited-edition banners like Xavier's Everlasting Dream (previous) and Rafayel's Twilight Serenity (ongoing)... I'm assuming it would be Zayne's turn next week. If you meant aside from those, I can only assume.😅 Most mobile otomes do so it's highly likely but we can't be sure if it uses the same tickets.

I love the combat and the storytelling elements. The only thing that I don't like is the main character needs to romance all the 3 guys to level up all the combat skills. I want my character to romance only Xavier. Then, Zaine and Rafayel would be her bffs. Anyway, I've never played Otome games before. But I am not new to battle and war games, adventure games, graphic novel games, and dress-up games.
It's definitely easier to level up all of the 3 companions for the combat mechanics of the game but you don't have to 'romance' all of them since you can skip the dating activities for the other two especially if you're not comfortable. I'm not too familiar with the other types of games you mentioned. 😅 How do they compare with Love and Deepspace?

Hi! Yeah, I do think it will depend on the post... for Rafayel, you can share to him one of the posts from Deepspace Times regarding his gallery. Click the Deepspace account and beside the name there should be a clock icon, click on it and you'll see all the post from the account. Hope this helps. 😊
So basically if you wanna level up or want to make your boy stronger then you can only choose one because if you want them all then you have to share the fragrance😢
Hi! Well, you can farm the bottle of wishes under Bounty Hunt to level up your memories. Each companion have different primary colors, it's easier for me to have a balance for all three in the later battle stages. We do have a separate video for battle basics that you can check out. 🙂

I was wondering if you can share how to activate your mic so that you could breath into your device? Every time I press the button it says go to settings to enable mic but I tried to go into the settings for both my iPad and the game and I still can’t get it to work? Glad to share some info with you 😊 Have you tried going to your device's Settings > Privacy > Microphone, and making sure that Love&deepspace is enabled?
Should I focus on three star or four star memories?
The game is generous with 4 stars especially with the launch events. I try to upgrade my 4-stars as much as I could especially since they also have better memory rewards... but it will also depend on the protocore requirement for the specific battle--if you only have a 3-star for it then it's okay to upgrade you can rank them up pretty quickly as well compared to 4-stars. Hi! Yes, there is. Once you unlock other outfits, you can change it during the battle preparation menu where you equip your cards. There should be rotating arrows beside the companion, click it and you'll be able to change his outfit.

It's an otome game. Otome means it's primarily made for women. Of course it won't have a male option for MC.
Unfortunately, I couldnt load the game on my phone and I have enough memory space. But it s ok :) My fantasy world is pretty wide and I am sure I will spice it up with some other less GB demanding fantasy games

Ok quick question. Do you HAVE to pick 1 and stick with him, or can you do 2 or 3 at one time. I love Rafayel a ton, he’s my favorite of the 3, but Xavier is a close 2nd and I want to see his story play out. I’m a noob at Otome games so I don’t know if Deepspace will allow me to poly it up without consequence, but if someone could let me know, I would be so grateful!

Hi! It should carry over--the developers have an official announcement in their tweet stating: "All Limited-Time Wish Pools share one pity system. The pity count will be applied to new limited Wish Pools." You can verify it on their official channels. Hope this helps. 🙂

Every time there's a game with a dating simulation and action/adventure it's always marked towards guys with only a male MC. (Besides Rune Factory.) I enjoy otome games and would love to see more like this one.

Hi! Do you mean the difference between the Limited Wish Pools and the Permanent Wish Pool?
The Permanent Wish Pool is the standard "Xspace Echo" banner and will always be available, it uses the blue Empyrean Wish items to pull from it and has a few 5-star lunar memories and the basic 5-star solar myth memories of the boys. You can check which memories are available in the wish pool if you tap on the icon that looks like a paper with magnifying glass at the bottom right of the screen, just above the 'Wish x10' button.
The Limited Wish Pools are the ones that are only available during specific dates as an event and will be gone once the event date is over. For example, the upcoming "Misty Invasion" event will only be available during August 7-27, and will have a new limited wish pool banner open with the new 5-star memories. Another example is the previous "No Defense Zone" event where it was only available during July 15-August 1, it opened up a limited wish pool banner with the Sylus 5-star limited memory, since the event duration has ended, the wish pool isn't available anymore. Announcements for these types of events usually have this note: "After the event ends, this Limited 5-Star Memory will not be obtainable through other means and will not enter the permanent Wish Pool, Xspace Echo." But don't worry, games like this usually do reruns of the limited banners after a while.

bounties don't level up your character, which is what determines your story progression. bounties give you MEMORY exp materials.
Hi! With what Light said, you can only get exp needed for story progression from dailies (and a negligible amount from first clears of battles in the main story).
