Hi mate, are you buying seeds in bulk from shop or from seed supplier? just wondering if the bulk ones would be viable to grow. We only get a small amount from seed suppliers. Good informative video again mate and I love the mushroom tray idea, I use salad tubs from supermarket as propagation tops, they work brilliant getting seeds started and preventing the surface compost drying out in greenhouse. cheers.

I use seeds that are usually sold for cooking, they can be found in any Asian grocery store

If you get a big plant bolting, you can pull it and use the roots as well (most people think you can only use the leaves and seeds). Very popular for SEA cooking, especially Thai, can't make a traditional green curry paste without it. It has a very powerful flavour.

I have never successfully grown Coriander, I will try your way, or is it your Mum’s? Same goes for much else like chillis.
My father had a garden like yours, a very long strip at the back of a semi detached house in South Wales. We kept chickens and grew a huge amount of our own food, it was like the early 70s Good Life comedy.
Now I have a semi detached house in South London and I have been looking for a blog on how to garden in that particular British way with our variable British climate. And I think you have it, as I have binge watched loads of yours videos and I think they are brilliant.
    Wishing you well.
