My kid is going through cancer, and in the hospital. I just wanted to say you can make a person smile thank you so much! I need this. So much thank you. I am laughing and crying at the same time.thank you so much mate!
IM SO SORRY TO HEAR ABOUT UR CHILD. I PRAY GOD AND THE UNIVERSE HEALS UR BABY. DAMN THIS REALLY TOUCHED ME❤️THANK U AND I PRAY EVERYTHING WILL BE GREAT FOR YALL. KEEP ME UPDATED 🙏🏾🙏🏾
I pray for you and family. I'm glad y'all are still together. I lost a sister to cancer. Good thoughts and many blessings from others are coming your way.
Praying for you and your child. As a woman that has had the blessing to raise 5 healthy children.. I can't imagine the pain.. My heart goes out to you and your family.
Shel Silverstein is the person that wrote this song. Shel was a writer, comic strip writer for Playboy Magazine etc etc. Shel wrote music for Dr. Hook and the Medicine Show including "Sylvia's Mother" and "The Cover of the Rolling Stone. RIP Shel Silverstein and Johnny. 😄😁😁💯🤔😘🥴😆
He left out a verse. After "before he left he went and named me Sue" the missing part is "he must have thought it was quite a joke and it got a lot of laughs from a lot of folks. Seems I had to fight my whole life through. Some gal would giggle and I'd turn red, some guy would laugh and I'd bust his head. I tell you, life ain't easy for a boy name Sue".
WHAT ARE YOU DOINGGGGG CRAZY GIRL??? 👍😊MERRY MERRYYYYY CHRISTMAS K, HAVE A GREAT HOLIDAY, STAY SAFE AND TAKE CARE GIRL! 😊 HE SAID ' NOW YOU'RE GONNA DIE ' R.I.P. ☹TO THE LEGEND THAT IS JOHNNY ( THE MAN IN BLACK )💯 YOU BE GOOD NOW!
🤣🤣🤣 I haven't heard this song in years and it still cracks me up! Yes, Johnny Cash was an awesome story teller and he was such a handsome sexy man. My Mom and Dad took me to one of his concerts when I was 9 or 10 and I thought he was the biggest man I'd ever seen in my life standing up on that stage! 😮. I remember being so mesmerized by him. Thanks for the memories and it was fun having a chuckle with you sister! 🤣
Johnny Cash was an awesome man that sang songs about Injustice, the poor and many other topics not discussed at that time like he did. He was not a normal man at that time. He actually married a black woman in the 1950s which if you know anything about history, that was not very common at that time for a white man. Mr.Cash will be missed.
Johnny Cash grew up poor however it gave him strength. He was no bullshit and he gave us all hope and still does Johnny Cash is a Master of life, hear Folsom Prison Blues. Love this man.
Love your reactions! This song was a hit on the charts when I was about 12. I didn’t buy the Cash LP as my first. Aretha was my first and will be my last of favorite singers, but what an amazing contribution the Man in Black has made to the catalog of American music.
If you like this song you will definitely like the song called one piece at a time which is funny too. One of his classics. My favorite Johnny song is Sunday morning coming down
One of the really cool things about this particular video is that the men in the crowd are all criminals, as this was performed at the prison is San Quinten. Just knowing that adds so much depth to the crowds reactions to this song.
One uncle on my dad's side middle name was Faye but he kept it quite, Grampa had the reputation of being mean as a rattlesnake, he was born in 1893 so he probably had no choice but to get tough 😅
As for another comedy country song, Charlie Daniels Uneasy Rider, and country comedian , Rodney Carringtons, Dozen roses, and B double e double r-un, Beer-run.
K. Shavon One of the inmates at Johnny's set in San Quentin Prison was Merle Haggard. Merle was serving time at San Quentin. It was read and reported that group of inmates were planning to escape San Quentin including Haggard. But an old timer, I think a lifer convince Merle not to escape from prison because old timer told Merle that he has a gift from God. So, Merle waited until he was paroled from prison. Many years later in the 80s, same person was governor during Merle's time in prison became President of US, Ronald Reagan pardoned Merle Haggard of his crimes.
K. Shavon As others stated here, Johnny Cash grew up poor when he was born on February 26,1932. I found this fascinating is that he was born a month before my father in the same year. Plus on my birthday. Johnny started out as pioneering rock and roller about same time as another famous pioneering rocker, Elvis Presley. Johnny did both country and rock especially outlaw country with Willie Nelson and Waylon Jennings in supergroup, The Highway Men. (Some might think offensive usage of the name because of well-known group of African American Artists of the 40's and 50's sold their paintings along highways in Florida) But that wasn't their intention to not offend famous artists. Check out Johnny"s Man in Black. Johnny always wears black onstage. React and see his reasons
My dad named my sister clamidea she could never find a husband because no man wants to admit that he got clamidea, he had a bad drug habit my other sister was called haveline and I was called Dopey we are all still single and still looking for him
@@kshavon3098 if you can't se the funny side of life you are blind, I love this song it's a hard hitting country song, he was a living star, I like your sense of humour, my sense of humour has been described as sick and I agree, have a great new year 🇬🇧
I love Johnny Cash but I never liked this cheesy song. What do I know, it's one of his hits. Cocaine Blues is a better tune and there's a great duet with him and Bob Dylan called One Too Many Mornings.
A little bit of constructive criticism. You are a reactor. Your audience wants to see your reaction to music, either selected by you or them. But you can't react to something you can't hear. I understand it may be cold where you live. I understand this may be a "persona" you wish to live by. But you CANNOT listen to music through two thick woollen layers of your beanie. If it IS cold, if this IS the persona you wish to portray, wear earbuds under your beanie, and use the headphones when you aren't wearing your beanie. You spent most of this video pressing the headphones harder into your ear to be able to hear the music. There is a very easy fix for that. Please try to be a little bit more professional. Great reaction though, to a very humorous song.
