I’m incredibly excited and optimistic about the future with AI. Just imagine a world where all 8 billion of us have access to a (potentially superintelligent) language model right in our pockets. It’s like having 8 billion Einsteins collaborating to solve problems and create a better world. This could democratize innovation-anyone, regardless of background, could design apps, build websites, craft business plans, or even publish scientific papers. With AI, we could revolutionize fields like medicine, education, and climate solutions. Of course, this future needs to come with responsible use and ethical considerations, but the possibilities are truly inspiring.
YES!! You are so many answers at your fingertips... This is a big topic in our community right now are thoughts and discussions like these. Amazing times to be alive.
Hey! Really insightful video. I didn't know what I was missing out on. Will definitely be using it. By the way, what camera are you using for this video? It's really good
Using this model may have been overkill, but I used it to generate a resume in word and everything was accurate, professional and well formated, only needing some minor adjustments before send off. Aslo it came up with a strategy to market my computer skills and other factors.
what is going on with the SAT celsius to fahrenheight question? Everyone (including ChatGPT) is ignoring the fact that the prompt uses 59 instead of 5/9
Very true! At first I thought it was a trick question, and you had to look at the text carefully and read “based on this equation”, and arrive at the correct incorrect answer with their nonsense formula. But in the explanation provided on that page, it was entirely inconsistent with respect to whether 59 should be viewed as 5/9 or not. Which is the only way you get D. I’d say chatGPT 4 did better in this question.
You have to verify every bit of information you get from the model before saying how amazing it is. Early models generated the same plausible results that didn't work in practice. Solve some practical tasks. Then say it is useful.
Sam got everyone trippin🤣 You know with a good reasoning layer Claude 3.5 can get comparable performance. Prompt engineering is still alive and well folks. Claude Sonnet can build most of what's in this video.
You aren't crazy, you're right! Teachers used to tell my parents they'd never be walking around with a calculator in their pockets... look at us now we have COMPUTERS in our pockets lol
PromptS 1.create me a visualization using react CSS JavaScript and HTML that would show a heart beating simulating actual movements with an adjustable BPM meter that changes the heartbeat speed based on how your heart would actually beat and then I give some bullet points make the heartbeats big and dramatic so the user can easily see what's going on make the BPM adjuster a slider bar and sure you make this into one html. index file
I use this new model so much that I feel it’s too good to be true. I feel I’ve barely touched the surface of it with programming specifically for work that it’s going to just vanish one day and I’m going to be screwed. It’s the most amazing value on the web for $20 a month especially for anyone who makes their living in creating solutions to problems in programming in your industry (mine is duct construction). I’ve created software for nearly every department and it’s so smooth and efficient. Really hope it doesn’t disappear one day as I have so much planned and I don’t want to hire a programmer.
Well done. In the video you mention that the prompt you showed us would be below. I didn't see it, but likely I just missed it. Any help? Thanks in advance
lets say there is a football (soccer) game that starts tomorrow between team A and team B and I would like to know what are the chances/likelihood that the game will end with 3 goals or more. How would I go about it?
Never feel that way. Remember it was a HUMAN that created and trained the AI. We will ALWAYS be useful. There's NOTHING IN THIS WORLD like the human brain.
Become an expert on using this so you can become even more of a human expert! This just speeds up the learning curve for so many more skills you could tackle, boosting overall productivity and innovations of humans. It's a tool to help us speed up and do boring, repetitive, undesirable tasks. :) keep that head up!
@@ai-foundations I don't 'mind' and I want this to happen but it removes the fun in solving problems if computers would be better in solving all problems. It would give great wealth to the world but we would be unhappy without it eventually. It's like a chess computer for life, not funny.

Can you do this kind of thing with drafting legal petitions, researching case laws and such things. Thank you.
I haven't tried it, but this new model would be pretty awesome at such things I believe.
Love the Matt Berman burn lol.

The term "use case" is redundant when the word "use" works just fine.

Less than a minute is by no means long; it is much more a very short time for reflection, considering how long a human being would need.
