Also Misaka x Kuroko is more likely a couple/pairing than Touma x Misaka because for one Touma is dense and Misaka is more of a side character at most times and vice versa in her story plus Touma has got his ever growing harem of foreigners. I feel like eventually Misaka will slowly goto Kuroko but this is just me ranting on youtube... what am I even doing here ;-;

No, they wouldn't. It's later exlpained in novel that Imagine Breaker is very unique ability and can't be copied, or severed from it's user.
