This is why folks leave these nations and move to others. A policy like this favors the powerful and keeps the others weak. This is nothing nut a power play and wrecks the game. Your answer is "it's just the policy" is complete BS. Again this behavior wrecks a fun game for power hungry and spending players.
I agree with you that it's B.S. The problem is that there's nothing I or anyone else can do about it, which is the truly frustrating part. The Devs actively encourage the behavior too, so they definitely aren't interested in fixing the game. If I hadn't spent as much as I had back when I was getting into it, I would have dropped it long ago. I'm at the point now where I do the bare minimum and avoid spending anything on the game at all now. I'm not going to reward the Devs with my dollars for such poor support and management.
Why not? There was nothing else to use it on at the time (no active wars in our server due to peace treaties). Might as well use all the toys when you have the chance. Besides, why waste troops, even if the amount is small? You can think I'm weak of you want. I enjoyed activating everything since we aren't allowed to attack in my server outside of Void or Frenzy, and I conserved a little extra strength in the process. I think that's better than saving the abilities for no reason and wasting resources, as apparently is your wont.
It's not by choice. The Big 3 (Top 3 strongest Alliances) in our server decided it should be that way. Their rationale is that the smaller players were giving up too many points on the weekend Void and Frenzy Wars. First, they set mandatory shield times for the weekends then expanded them to the point where we have to shield 36 hours ahead of the weekend wars. When that didn't work and we still kept losing, they instituted the BP rule. If someone has too much BP, they can be attacked and drained of resources. If they fight back, they are labeled "terrorists" and subject to a 2-week killing event by the server members. If their Alliance stands up for them, then that Alliance is considered a "Terrorist Alliance" and the entire Alliance will be burned. I finally got tired of it and decided to burn some of them back using their own rules against them, but they require proof, hence this video. The Big 3 give away the most points every war, so this is simply a convenient way for them to blame shift and then collect resources from unlucky players. They also use it as a tool to drive people to quit. Their goal is to decrease the player population in the server until only the "true" players remain. It's a pretty miserable server, tbh, and it's totally dominated by the narcissistic egos of The Big 3, several of whose members have >10 million BP for a single Uranium Mine Army. If you question or dispute the rules in the nation chat, they burn you and call you a "terrorist." I should add that this is all driven by the Asians from mostly Communist countries or, at least, very authoritarian (Japanese, Chinese, Taiwanese, Korean). The Americans and Europeans are pretty chill and a lot of fun, but are also the ones to suffer the most due to the Asians' relentless adherence to the rules and zealousness in enforcing them.
@@NightmareOne Interesting concept. I am in nation 909 and its just a chaotic mess.. @@AlexMateerMusic you probably won't be able to resolve it. Back in Nation 170, before the merge, we had a similar situation. The narcissistic ones with credit cards ruled over everyone else. If anyone questioned or challenged them, that person was ground into dust and publicly mocked. It wasn't until our merger with 163 that we achieved a sort of shaky peace, and that only because the top alliance in 163 didn't like the one from 170, resulting in an uneasy and watchful ceasefire. Moral of the story: Maludjusted narcissistic individuals who are failing at real life will withdraw to the digital world where they can buy control and then use that control to make others miserable while making themselves feel superior. There's nothing you can do against that. I'm on a break from the game right now. I log in, refresh my shield, and log out. When the shields run out this week, I'll go in and buy whatever upgrades I can then retire my troops and take a break for a few months to detox. This game used to be fun back in its first year of development but is just miserable now due to the credit card whales and their egos. If you're able, I recommend swapping to another game for a month or so then back over. I've done it a few times in the past few years and it really does wonders for improving the game experience.

Eh, I wanted the resources and needed targets for the video. Besides, server rules stipulated that the troops be eliminated to prevent the points from going to the opposing server.
Zombies have a separate troop count now and are considered a different class of troop, with their own unique buffs. As such, they are pretty much a straight upgrade to your battle power. Years ago, it was different, but they have been overhauled significantly. For example, one change was to change them from a front line melee mob troop to a mid line ranged tank.
@@NightmareOne i never send zombies to a city, i believe the are the best troop type but they are too valuable i keep them for events especially medici

Especially if you’re below c34 but have spent money no way should someone else have say on it
The bottomline is you want to get matched to a weaker opponent in Void..... That is all it comes down too..... Policy my ass! 😂
