Practice just two strand twist first see which direction your curls like then kept at it . Once you get the regular twist done flat twisting is a breeze
@@jackie103person I learnt two strand twists and can do them well, but flat twists is still a challenge, damn. I had to watch this severally to get it, but my curls like it the other direction. Will have to keep working on it

Hopefully they counteract it with staying up with hydration and eating plenty of fruit with high water content. I eat pounds of watermelon, melon, cucumbers, grapes etc. I only wear sunscreen on my face and never get sunburnt. I am slightly dark melanated however I think it comes down to your immune system and what you’re putting into your body. I also “train” my skin for summer. Day one I’m not out for more than 2 hrs in the sun, I slowly build it up by taking walks before I do a beach trip or something where I will be out for 4+ hours in the sun. No sunscreen! Just eating plenty fruit drinking a lotttt of water and no alcohol!

You'll just have to concentrate for a while until it comes more natural but french is same concept as dutch just go over instead of under... Make your own like saying like they did but like over pickup over pick up or something that goes with your braid rhythm. I got faith in ya u got this
