Good morning, as Realtors we have to be careful with what we say regarding schools, but I would check the ratings on greatschools.org/ and I'd also learn more about the charter schools in and around Waterset via their welcome center : www.watersetfl.com/ / tel: 813-296-6196 York Academy is the newest school in Waterset, which I believe is a magnet school, but the welcome center will be able to offer more detailed info.
Hi Carmen, you're welcome. I don't know of any gated communities coming to Apollo Beach, no. Mirabay with Park Square may be the only one. You'll find more gated communities down in Parrish, but does your next home have to be in a gated community?
There's such a wide range of floor plans that it's hard to say. "All-in" I would say $450k-$550k for the smaller homes, $600-$800k for 2400-2900 Sq. Ft. homes and $800k - $1.1m for anything bigger with a pool.
Hi David,
Could you shed some light on schools and options for new families interested in waterset.
