RARE NORTHERN SOUL THE Last 35 years part 2

Second helping of this delightful journey through records that have only appeared in the last 35 years. Perhaps something to take your mind off that awful USA election. As stated before Northern soul is essentially music of the 60's and 70's but in this 2 hour playlist I have put up records that were released in the last 35 years. Many of these are gems that were previously unreleased 60's/70's tracks that eventually gained a belated airing courtesy of the likes of Adey Croasdell. The rest are contemporary killers from creatives still out there like the Colemine and Daptone crews and the daddy of them all Ian Levine. When I see rare northern soul it generally means the music is mediocre because it never sold or got anywhere and that’s the problem with NS. It’s become a platform to sell records at ridiculous prices to the gullible who think that they are somehow more credible to the scene cause their collection is rare , when in fact their niche taste is the antithesis of what we want to listen to and dance to. Appreciate the effort to put this together though , but in reality the tunes are rare cause they don’t generate interest.
