Tower erection for the 400kV Isinya-Konza Transmission Line project. Upon completion, the project will improve the quality and quantity of power in Konza City and its environs.
The line section will eventually be part of the greater 400kV Nairobi Metropolitan Ring crossing Konza, Thika, Gilgil (Malewa), Suswa, and Isinya.
The contractor is China Aerospace Construction Group (CACG). The project is funded by the Government of Kenya and Exim Bank China.
