@@teru8443 I hear that actors from different places in China have accents , which some producers consider not good enough for the final cut, also professionals voice actors have great modulation in how to deliver sentences according to the acting, situation and what they want the viewers to perceive. I may be mistaken in this drama though, having heard enough of Mei Ye speaking, I think this may be her actual voice, she is from Beijing, her Mandarin should be clear.
