Thanks to a few comments below where I got the answer. One should use 1-4 again to make the pizza (as I have noticed it makes the perfect crispy pizza that one normally looks for). It will start the pre heat again (ensure pizza is not in the oven during the pre heat session) however it lasts once a few seconds as the oven is already near the desired temperature. Post this you are ready to put the second pizza into the oven and press start which will again bake it for 13 mins

To Preheat the oven, Press Cook Mode menu three times, then select the degree at which you want to preheat , after that press start button. It will take approximately 10 minutes to preheat and will start beeping.
I did some additional research yesterday with my new oven. If u set 1-4 it will do pre heating till oven is ready for the temperature to cook ur pizza. So even for ur second pizza use 1-4 only. If the oven is already hot preheating will complete less than a minute.

What settings to use for the second pizza as oven is already heated with the first pizza. Choosing 1-4 starts the preheating again
