Thanks for the kind words. We love our PT11. I had an experienced builder friend build it for us (we pitched with unskilled labor when necessary. Follow the manual precisely and anyone with reasonable skills and patience can do it. The design is very clever and she performs great sailing and rowing. Can hardly get off the dock sometimes, with so many curious admirers. Good luck..
