Got my second cancer diagnose in my life 2 weeks ago. Blackie got me trough the first one 20 years ago. Today at the doctor i found out that they can cure me again. I cannot even explain how important WASP has been in my life.. The true guiding light.. As I am gonna survive a second time I just wanted to pay my respect and gratitude for helping me trough these tough moments. The Idol will and has always helped me when dark clouds has invaded my mind. Thank you Blackie. God Bless.
I feel the same all was ok iny world then it all came crashing down. This song also helped me through some really bad times and I thought I was through it all but alas terrible times came again. Blackie and the guys saved me with their songs especially the idol. May you be ok and life brings you happiness We are here but a short time . 🤙✌️💗

Blackie has the greatest voice i've ever heard in Rock. He doesn't just sing the song to you, he makes you feel the song. He tells a story & makes you feel every bit of it, every single emotion. He has to be one of the most talented & gifted men to ever walk the earth. He deserves one helluva lot more credit than he gets, at least here in the USA. Lucky Euro has been hearing his music & seeing his shows for years. Thank you Blackie for sharing yourself with us for the past 40 years. You have no idea how much your music & lyrics have touched people. You are one of the rare performers that gives me goosebumps everytime i hear that voice of yours.
