Got my second cancer diagnose in my life 2 weeks ago. Blackie got me trough the first one 20 years ago. Today at the doctor i found out that they can cure me again. I cannot even explain how important WASP has been in my life.. The true guiding light.. As I am gonna survive a second time I just wanted to pay my respect and gratitude for helping me trough these tough moments. The Idol will and has always helped me when dark clouds has invaded my mind. Thank you Blackie. God Bless.

This song also helped me through some really bad times and I thought I was through it all but alas terrible times came again.

Blackie has the greatest voice i've ever heard in Rock. He doesn't just sing the song to you, he makes you feel the song. He tells a story & makes you feel every bit of it, every single emotion. He has to be one of the most talented & gifted men to ever walk the earth. He deserves one helluva lot more credit than he gets, at least here in the USA. Lucky Euro has been hearing his music & seeing his shows for years. Thank you Blackie for sharing yourself with us for the past 40 years. You have no idea how much your music & lyrics have touched people. You are one of the rare performers that gives me goosebumps everytime i hear that voice of yours.

W.A.S.P is seriously the most underrated band ever. I've listened to metal music for over 20 years but never really paid attention to the this group and damn did I miss out. They have so many great songs and It's a shame I ignored them for so long

Probably, no one’ll see it but I still want to tell my story. Well, I was always the “one” Talented, clever, gifted… Everyone saw me as a genius. In the beginning, I was okay with it. But day by day, it started to turning into the shackles that I cannot break. Rn everyone thinks I’m okay, I’m still the same person I used to be. But I’m really trying so hard to not drowning. Every day I want to quit and every day I’m trying to find a reason to wake up. Beauty, intelligence, fame… I know they’re perfect things but they cannot cure me. I want to scream but I feel like I cannot do even if I try. And this song, I don’t know, reminds me of myself. Reminds me how miserable I am even though I try to smile every f*ckin’ day. I cannot find any way. I just, I don’t know, want to believe what they say “Love set me free” I think I really found “that” love and I cannot tell how much I want them to be the one that saves me from my rusty shackles.
