    Sure would be nice to see the jig and what it is called. I use 1/80 oz jig heads and thin tiny pink grubs.

    You did a 20-minute video and never revealed what kind of lure you were using?

      Thanks for watching! Fishing kayaks are very stable particularly ones between 34-38" wide and 12' or longer. The Wilderness ATAK 140 in this video is 34" wide and my Hobie Pro Angler is 38" wide, this width allows you to stand easily to stretch your legs during a long day of fishing.

      Thanks for watching! I don't eat many fish and I will not keep something I do not plan to eat within the next couple of days. I also never keep large spawning fish, the fishing was so good on this particular day because they were stacked up on the rocks spawning.

    • @TeleostFishingTV

      Hi Dave, thanks for watching. Those particular jigs have been in my tackle box for ten years and I cannot recall the manufacturer or name, I think they were purchased from Dick's Sporting Goods. They are 3/4" and resemble a cricket or stonefly, Northland makes a similar stonefly imitation jig that would be very similar. I hope this helps!

    This video reminds me of fishing on Lake Peckerwood just to the north of Stuttgart Arkansas a few years ago. My uncle and myself caught 100 of the biggest bluegills I've ever seen in about 1 hour. I'm going back but I'm taking my Native Watercraft Propel 10 kayak with me next time. I have started kayak fishing since then and gave up the john boat.

    Great video, well shot, good audio, I can't see anything you could possibly improve on. i am curious about colors on your jigs. The water seemed a bit murky, so i figured you were favoring darker colors. Any particular of the darker colors you prefer in moving water like this ?

    • @TeleostFishingTV
      @TeleostFishingTV  7 ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Thanks for watching! That's a good question, I'm not sure. My channel is not monetized so I do not make any money from my videos. Making money is not the reason I share my adventures and post videos on TH-cam. Regardless of the quality or the content of videos on TH-cam there's always those few that give you a thumbs down.
