Remove the shower plate and group seal, then remove the middle diffuser that is hidden behind the shower screen and make sure it is clean. With the machine depressurised and water supply off and power off, remove the nut on top of the group head, inside is a gauze filter, these can scale up and hinder water flow, you could remove the group solenoid valve below as well and use some gentle descale liquid in the top of the group and/or if you can get hold of a new gauze filter, replace. If the flow is still poor you might have scale build further back in the system, even a blocked flowmeter or heatexchanger. Just have to work through from one end to the other. Can be time consuming but satisfying once you get the machine running nicely again. I am a professional coffee machine engineer here in the UK and have been doing this line of work since 1999. Most likely pressure switch is stuck on, replace pressure switch.
