usually i use the 3 -
redkachu, burnaldo, or baara
however i do have a lot of more techniques i tend to use but these are the ones i use the most inside the box and i pair them with dribbles

check out the pass X tutorial on my channel! It’s a bit old I posted it when I was learning new things but I still find it useful. you might also find the hard skills tutorial useful too.
the keys to it is muscle memory, movement, and timing which all come from practice.
