Hello from France ! Loved watching your amazing DIY-project ! FYI the pendant light is hand manufactured in France, the designer being Georgesstore. The prices here are around 250 dollars (copper rod and light fixture included) which is way more reasonable, specially regarding the quality of the object. The original petals are made with linen and cane :)
fabric stores carry fray guard that can be added onto the cut end to keep the fabric clean (in case someone wants to use a different type of fabric). I've also used a dab of white glue. I love how your pendant turned out. awesome fun.
Waaahhh I’ve seen pendants similar to that one on Pinterest and I’ve been drooling over them, good to know it’s possible to make your own 🤩 The end result is stunning, Tina 😍 Saved quite a few $$ as well 🤣🤩👏🏻
That Anthropologie tax is wild 😫 What a smart hack to use a water drop as a petal. Your home is coming along beautifully with all these handmade items you're making. It looks better than legit; it's the real deal! The light fixture is perfection and the flower pattern is the icing on the cake😌You outdid yourself, Tina!
It's so cool to see how you break down the process of deciding how to approach recreating a peice from an expensive website since I don't usually know where to start without instructions but seeing you do it will help me figure out how to get my own instructions! Also side note: I love your laptop color! So cute!
I work with a lot of wire and just a little tip (which you may already know) if you lightly hammer the wire it becomes much stronger and will hold whatever shape you want. If the wire will show you might want to use a leather mallet so it doesn’t scratch the wire too much. Loved the way this turned out! And a dimmer switch on that light would be beautiful at night to have it on really softly 😊
Miss Tina, I do believe I've just witnessed a whole new level of DIY? You have the hands of a Master, the patience of a Buddhist and the mind of, Mrs Einstein! Impeccably Spectacular! Congratulations and you most certainly are to be sincerely Celebrated, kudos 💯💯💯👏👏👏🌺🦋
Tina, I am really enjoying seeing your creations. Your New home is definitively giving you more insipiration, determination and creativity,! Love watching your projects 🥰
I have just started watching your videos and it is sooo lovely seeing your amazing work! We are moving into our new house in a couple of months, I can't wait to see what DIY projects I can also follow
Tina! You did a fantastic job!!! No one has to spend 700 on a light fixture! There are so many vintage ones out there if they don't have your talent to create one. Great job!!
It doesn't just look "just as good" as the 700$ version, it looks wayyyyy better. Idk somehow the fact that you hand-made a designer piece makes it 10x more beautiful to me. ❤️
This is one of the coolest diys I've ever seen! It turned out amazing! Great job! Also I am in shock with how expensive this pendant is over there! In Europe it costs 250 euros and I had an eye on it for a while now, but I though it's too expensive! It's crazy how much more it costs there! I may try to diy it too! Thanks for the video!
Great diy!! Wow! A couple of suggestions:use a cardboard or poster board for your template, great idea in enlarging it with a bowl , I learn a lot from you !! Also , iron the fabric before cutting it ? : And lastly, for safety , when removing that light fixture (yikes that was ugly !) Remove the light bulbs first in case you dropped it . But you are a genius ! Thinking how to make it yourself! The price they were charging was ridiculous and it didn't include the rod ? Crazy !!!
Omg yes! This is so great! I love how it turned out!! You did such a wonderful job on this project! I love your content and as usual this video doesn’t disappoint! Have an amazing day Tina, you deserve the world! Stay inspired and I’ll see you in the next one! 🥰
With the light, shouldn't the wires on the petals face the ceiling, so they can't be seen ? It came out adorable and how much did it cost you to make ??
Our home is getting the best upgrade by such a talented person 🤩 you always put so much love into every project!
Aaaah this is so sweet. Also, side note I've beeeeen looking for your vlog channel, thank God for this comment hahah
I love how you support her!!! You both are such a lovely couple!
I love how your husband is your number one fan!
What a fun light fixture! I didn’t think I’d care for this kind of look, but I absolutely LOVE that magical flower cast upon the ceiling! 🌸

I love watching these diys right before I take a nice Sunday nap
I feel like making another layer of slightly smaller petals in the center would be really pretty for this. Kinda give it chrysanthemum vibes.

I am so glad I found your channel!! I might have said that before, but this light fixture is GORGEOUS!! You did an amazing job!!
It is beautiful! And even more when you turn the light on and that light casting on the ceiling. Beautiful!!!!!
Beautiful! I wonder if you could put a little piece of that brass tubing around cord then attach the petals to the tube if it would be more sturdy?
It turned out very neatly done, and unique looking. Love the shadow it casts, too.
Love Anthropologie designs and really admire you for tackling this pendant! Your dupe turned out great.
