I used to live in Henderson, currently living in summerlin. I enjoy the luxuries of Summerlin but Southern Highlands seems like a great crossover of the two parts of town. I miss those mountain views of the mccollough hills. When I buy a home here I’m pretty sure I will move to SH. Truly seems like a great place to live and exactly what I’m looking for here.
@5:31...Renting some of these cottages for $325.00 a night not bad...love the Cristopher collection those greens in front give the tranquility/ serenity of "what a life" It's worth it🌹.
We love love love Southern Highlands. We wouldn’t want to be anywhere else. But, there are other amazing neighborhoods for those that don’t like how quaint it is.

Best thing about SH is the fact you can actually have a decent size yard HOA fees are ridiculously high though
