I don't know what it is about this track but its probably my fav of the whole Castlevania series ever since it came out. probably one of my fav tracks of all time in fact which include many different variety's of music.
Superb version. I think the soundtrack for SOTN could be endlessly rearranged and I would never get bored with new versions of those classic songs. It is nearly autumn here and this song only makes me yearn to play through SOTN yet again.
You did a great job on this, at first I mistook it for a re upload of the original it was so exact, but then by the end I noticed your unique artistic flare, Michiru Yamane would be proud, and I'm not just saying that, she is well aware of her western followers in music since composing for the Castlevania games
mmm well, im have a LOT of respect about Michiru Yamane's music, when i was working on this and Wood Carving Partita my biggest worry was to make a shitty arrangemet and well... screw the song. But its seems that people like it and i feel a little more secure of what im doing, and gives me strenght, so now i can discard a cover of the ones you named :D
So far the best version of the piece for me, however the organ at 1:45 sounds kind of blurred and too far (like background behind the nicely echoed tambourine part) - it asks to be around the listener like in a church with great acoustics however with distinct clear melody line.
Hello Tir'endelf...I was wondering if I could use this in a future video of mine, I will be giving you full musical credit of course, as I, do not have much musical talent. ~PhantomLion

Just on the childhood, and now this game will be one of best games ever.

Dramatic, beautiful and epic as well as very diversified.
Shared this on my facebook page, a lovely rendition of a classical masterpiece...
109 Views ? Not for very long, perfect arrangement !
Thou hast my like. Even if it's six years late, here it is.
Thank you kind sir :)
Official Castlevania FB page just shared this, congratulations!

Great work!!!
Requiem of the gods is my favorite song in SOTN, but there are few remixes I've found.
My favorite amongst 5 or 6 different versions on TH-cam so far.

Really! Compared it to my rolland sc-55 performance (midi) - the organ sound more natural on it.
