i’m actually VERYYY thankful for this video!!! I just did this test not too long ago and my doctor told me my lungs were horrible lol and i think it was because i wasn’t doing the test properly and the person who did it with me gave me no tips, she just told me to breath in and out hard and to keep going and i had to do it like 7 times 😭Very thankful because now when i go back to retest i know exactly what to do !!!

This is scary. I am going to see a lung specialist soon. I have to take a breathing test. I have autism. I don't feel comfortable having to breath like that. I can't blow out candles. I never have. I can hold in my breath but not let it out. It hurts to let it out. I will do my best though. I hope the doctor will understand. My asthma is really bad. I've been dealing with it for my whole life but I did have some freedom for awhile before it came back worse. I don't smoke or anything. I've been free from radicals. My family has history of addiction I am lucky it wasn't passed on to me. My mom passed away from lung cancer because of smoking. I miss her and I want to do what she taught me to do. I need to take care of myself.

Why only exhale, we need both inhale and exhale flow loop to see the disease characteristics?

If I had seen this video before I went to the doctor I could have done better! They totally do not understand this concept.

I cannot take yelling in my direction, very sensitive to yelling, If the technician cannot cooperate the test will be over, there must be another way
