Very tasteful mods, nothing over the top. This is how I would want my civic Si to look like
I wasn't the biggest fan of the 11th gens for awhile from coming from a 9th to a 10th gen but your car is making them grow on me. Clean build so far man, subbed to see the future progress!
I find the 9th and 10th look so bubbly and girly at best. The 11th gen has a perfect balance of being sporty and mature.
Not gonna lie, first glance I was like this is stock. Then I was like, ooooh. Liking the build man. I'm doing different mods for my build. I got a black Si and I'm doing red accents. Loving it so far
This is my dream car 🥹 Absolutely beautiful. You just can’t go wrong with a sporty Honda as a daily driver.
The type r front grill with the clean hood looks so good. Looks more elegant and sleek than the regular type r

Really nice build list. Love the wheels you chose as well as the ground effects. I originally wanted red (favorite color), ended up with a ‘23 white platinum pearl Si. I went
with Remark exhaust, Acuity shift knob and shifter bushings and Type R red badges. I like the added fog lights you have, gonna have to consider those. Nice build!

The Is is a huge upgrade from the lancer imo, this time you get to enjoy a limited slip diff and it really makes a difference when you go through a corner ❤

Very clean. I have an integra aspec manual, essentially a slightly fancier Civic SI. And the Integras/SIs are such a blast to drive.

Are the fog lights functional? Do they add a lot of light going down the road or are they more of an aesthetic thing?

Love how the car looks man, I recently got the same lip and was wondering how u installed. I did a test fit and fitment was a bit off so I was wondering if u only used the 2 holes on each side or if u screwed it in place
Essentially I used 2 screws for the 2 front hangers, and used the oem clips for the back hangers on the lip
Cant believe they took away the fog lights on the Si along with heated seats, adaptive dampers, dual zone climate, shift lights, full digital center cluster, and gave it 5 less horsepower....now can't even "upgrade" from my 10th gen
The 5 less hp is a non-issue. You wouldn't even notice it when driving. I would understand the disappointment if it was 10 or more hp difference. The power band was expanded and as a byproduct the hp is slightly less.

Did the side skirts and rear aprons require drilling or can you just put them on with 3M tape? I love the look of them but not sure if I wanna drill into the car
I just used self tap screws no one will see the holes or screws either when you put them on
quick question, i’ve heard some people have experienced rev hang in the manual, have you experienced much reg hang? beautiful car!
So far I do experience Rev hang but I think the idea is to help shift into other gears smoother and easier

Did you have any issues with the fog light bezels not being as flush as they were? Its a tight fit and ive pulled and banged as much as i can without cracking it
The kit I got actually bolts up to the oem bezels

Very new when it comes to mods, what makes his car sound like it has some type of boost effect? You can hear it at 10:56 right before it changes to the next scene.
the new civic si comes w a turbo and he said he had installed an aftermarket intake which opens up airway so u can hear the turbo/bov a lot better

Was the type R lower grill a direct install or did you have to make any modifications to it ?
It was a direct install just need to unclip and clip the new one on
So I've been looking into exhausts, and I came across this exact one. Since it converts the dual exit into a single exit, have you noticed any changes or restriction from the exhaust?
It actually adds a deeper tone to the car for the price well worth

And I have a tow strap on the rear lower just look up a universal one that you’ll like 👍🏽
Did you have to cut the side skirts? How was the install? Planning on getting them, they look really cool, pretty much OEM
Just had to cut a small slit to fit with the side skirt mud flap
Was the fog light installation easy? Did you have to run wires?
Paint the mud guards on same color of the car

Yea most likely I wouldn’t recommend slamming the car with a 245/40
What rear turn signal/reverse light film do you have?
Just bought this lip! Just wondering how you installed it? Any advice would help! Seems like the fitment along the side front is a little off. Did you have to use a lot of self tappers to tighten up the fitment right there underneath the fog lights?
I did a lot of adjusting and heating with the lip the material is pretty hard to work with but is durable. You’ll need to do a lot of adjusting with a heat gun to get the best fitment
@@kendricdelrosario excellent! Thank you for the reply! So, did you use the 4 mounting points to get it on initially.. and then used the heat gun to work the rest into place? I think that makes the most sense.

Yo once you get the type r style upper front grille def would love to see some content on it, can’t decide if I want to go gloss or stay matte for the front grills and it’s bugging me lol
I went with the matte black cause it looks oem with the other matte parts on the front
The gloss isn’t a bad look either but if you do go with gloss black get the top grille to match the bottom

The lip kit I have is matte black but does have a small shine to them cause of the trim sealant I have
