This video is true but there's a lot of different things that people aren't aware of, such as 1st Over fishing of lobsters, they can be found only in deep waters and very cold, usually in the upper east side coast of the United States, or in Alaska, but the prices have escalated to about 600%,of profit margins, making the fisherman, through the middle men,to the retail market and finally the consumer and if you consider that you can't eat the shell,then do the breakdown, as eatable lobster meat,that's why a lot of restaurants have taken it off there menus,so the average person will go directly to the seafood market, and avoid all the middle person TRAPS. There's no comparison between the shell and the flesh of the lobster.COST WISE.When the very early settlers came to the NEW LAND,it was reported that there were piles of dead lobsters on the sand,and initially it was thought that this is garbage food, yet through time,everything changed, now only the wealthy people can afford to enjoy this most expensive food item, and I have seen food trucks selling lobster things, guess what, THEY ARE ALL GONE,because of their unheard PRICES.
