If they've earned it legally and honestly, it's their RIGHT however they'd want to do with it. Also: WHY make them 'feel guilty' about others' failure to not 'making it'?

Danarama Brainymama Forbes Park is more expensive per square meter because of the Makati address. But Ayala Alabang especially along the main road and beside the golf course lots were really huge. But inside lots maybe it’s the same as Forbes. But Dasmariñas Village has the most expensive lots I believe. So this house possibly could be there as well.
Agent yeah, but i meant to say is you can’t buy 600sqm lot in Forbes Park. Their minimum cut is 1000sqm and up. I’m not sure if Dasma Village is more expensive than Forbes😄, but houses in Forbes Park cost 500M and up. You can buy a house at Dasma at 200M.

Agent i’m not sure, but i’ve seen houses in Forbes park mostly bungalow type houses that is so wide. I went to alabang also there are houses that only 600sqm. And my friend was renting there way back 2013 for 60k/ month.
Danarama Brainymama Forbes Park is more expensive per square meter because of the Makati address. But Ayala Alabang especially along the main road and beside the golf course lots were really huge. But inside lots maybe it’s the same as Forbes. But Dasmariñas Village has the most expensive lots I believe. So this house possibly could be there as well.
Agent yeah, but i meant to say is you can’t buy 600sqm lot in Forbes Park. Their minimum cut is 1000sqm and up. I’m not sure if Dasma Village is more expensive than Forbes😄, but houses in Forbes Park cost 500M and up. You can buy a house at Dasma at 200M.
Agent you know that location what makes the property more expensive. If you know what i mean. And i was talking also about the minimum cut of lot, of course you can buy as much as 3000sqm if you want it’s either in Ayala or Forbes
