I like the way you’re thinking but there are some brawlers that are OP in Heist due to their main attack such as Berry, Chester, Angelo, Buzz, Melodie etc. Additionally there are also gadgets that are super OP in Heist such as Rico’s multiball launcher and Spike’s popping pincushion. I understand your point but you might want to think about adding a gadget shield too and something to do about those broken main attacks.
