Didn't miss ambient music, actually prefer hearing natural sounds in rustic DIY. Loved the wrestling with wooden spider bit too 😂 Thumbs up for this, love the idea of using weeds for weaving (though may never get around to it, decluttering is my first hurdle) and thanks for the links.
As soon as I thought "ghat looks like a spider creature" you mentioned it feeling like you were wrestling on lol. Looked like it would be fun to do and it came out nicely for an organic basic

I’m really interesting in learning anything I can about the various natural materials that can be used to weave with and I’d never thought of this! At the moment I’ve been practicing with spruce root, a really lovely material to weave with and super strong so I’d recommend giving that a go!

Oh fantastic. I've been meaning to get into dying and blue spruce needles are supposed to be great for that. All hail the mighty spruce!
