I am so amazed at Meghalji and Sejalji’s devotion and commitment. How lucky. I have not met them but have heard the names since I joined AOL 2003. Listening to them I get transported to some special time where I feel that they are yogis from ancient times and I am following them. I am an AOL teacher but a householder at the same time. But I am totally amazed at how they have dedicated their entire life to sit at guru’s feet and serve. Someday I will meet them. Jai Gurudev

i taught three times bhasrika and short 5-7 minutes meditation after om chant- in a hardcore addicts rehabilitation camp in jungpura, Delhi, it was run by SPYM NGO- after process 3 young addicts were weeping and telling me that they are feeling that they felt deep rest after so long.

It’s so strange that I was cooking lunch and was feeling so guilty for using an onion in my curry as I always try and make sattvic food. As I was in this dilemma Meghalji started telling about Guruji saying it’s ok to eat as it kills germs in the stomach. All my unease disappeared.. amazing is the timing❤️❤️❤️
