Here SEQN gives a unique number for each soil, it’s a sequence number, they are different from each other, sometimes gives the SEQN TO the end of the SNUM , but this classification is correct, you can read more about the swat file data in google

When i give soil type to them from user soil file you provided, many entries are of same soil type but their color in the soil map is different slightly from each other. Please let me know how to color the same soil type with a single color.
its normal, because the %of sand ,silt and clay is different, you can merge the polygons to one polygon of each different types, fo example, merge polygons for all clay soils, and merge polygons of all silt soils

Why is it that sometimes when you change some DEM files using Project raster tool, they tend to change their coordinate stystem, but the positioning and aligning/coinciding with the corresponding polygons of the same coordinate system refuses?
@@okwangstephen1373 I subjected to the same problem but I solved by changing the coordinate of the map to the same of the dem, and it work, but in a new project
