I miss it when the Ray Gun was super potent. But it wasn't until BO2 that it lost its strength. All because the strong RG would overshadow the other wonder weapons. Understandable but at least may it still be viable instead of removing PHD and making it weak af. Imagine instead of killing zombies, it at least stuns them so it could at least save you. Rest In Peace Ray GUN. Your service of making crawlers, blasting hordes and making 12 year olds cry will be remembered
Raygun will always Be goated, if they juice the hell out of it again like they did for Cold War on MW3 and whatever they’re cooking next year then it will be back on top.
@@Satchino98 oh yeah, definitely my favourite ray gun variant. I think the mk2 is better for higher rounds just because of ammo economy, but mk3 is just more fun to use

Funny you uploaded this I was on Zetsu bo earlier Got the Ray gun from first hit on the box played another game got the Ray Gun again traded it for the KT and went to hit the box again and go the Ray gun back 😂
man cold war really did juice the ray gun, Ive gone back to cold war recently and really dont understand the hate it got later on, many say outbreak sucked, I was part of that crowd, but to be honest I really was just bandwagoning it, I played like 1 or 2 games of outbreak and just said it sucks, going back to cold war and actually trying it out, I really ended up liking it and its made me slightly more excited of MWZ, tho I still am cautious about MWZ, Vanguard Zombies just really did suck, to a level that has shaken my faith in the game mode, now I do understand many of the pain points of Cold War, the maps are generic, the operator system is awful for Zombies it really makes me miss any of our old crews, the Easter Eggs are very short and simple but Cold Wars gameplay has really laid a good foundation, a foundation I hope Treyarch returns to and Cold War isn't a 1 off
I love Cold War zombies, best zombies gameplay by a mile (imo) and I’d probably put it 2nd or 3rd overall in terms of best zombies. Outbreak still to this day is not something I like, I just found it very barebones and boring but I always said the foundation was incredible and if they refined it they could make it into a banger of a game, which im very hopeful MWZ will be.

Pretty sure the packed mk3 drops off around 40 or 50. After that the black hole shot stops one hitting.

The reason the ray guj only had 32 rounds is because the 1911 only has 32 rounds when you start and you were given an empty gun
