The blind man replies that it's not a dog, but my eyes, but they still kick him out of the cafe. Of course, the blind man is right, but there is a question. Why is a guide dog not a dog? Probably because the dog is trained to be a guide for a blind person, and knows how to control canine instincts. But if the guide dog for some reason forgets his skills as a human assistant, then the dog will cease to be a guide dog.
