2 tbsp desiccate coconut
2 tbsp sesame seeds
2 tbsp raw peanuts
1 tbsp cumin seeds
6 - 7 dried red chillies
6 - 7 small eggplants
2 tsp salt, or as per taste
2 - 3 tbsp oil
2 cups yogurt
Coriander leaves for garnishing
